SERVICES AGREEMENTS AVAILABLE

INSPECTION MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
Allows your mechanical equipment to be inspected for potential problems along with the basic maintenance items which may include lubricants, belts, filters and oil.

MAINTENANCE PLUS AGREEMENT
Allows for the above service plus any extra services you may need such as refrigerant conservation, chemical coil cleaning, eddy current testing, etc.

FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS
Allows for the basic maintenance plus any add on services required, plus 24/7 emergency service and repairs for one fee.
