Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

service personnel are continually updating their commitment
to quality through continued education, licensing and
code requirements.
The
Plumbing Service Department offers the following mechanical

Installation and Repair:
> Main water supply and meter settings
> Backflow prevention devices, licensed by the City
of Cleveland and
the State of Ohio for installation,
testing and repair.
We also are OSHA approved in confined space entry.
> Domestic Booster Pumps
> Pressure Reducing Valves
> Plumbing Fixtures
> Hot Water Tanks
> Hot Water Storage Tanks
> Mixing Valves
> Tempered Water Systems
> Return Line Circulating Pumps

Sanitary and Storm Sewer Work. Interior and Exterior Including:
> Sump Ejectors, submersible and shaft style
> Roof Drains and Leaders
> Dilution Tanks and Medical Waste
> Grease Interceptors and Dietary Waste
> All drain cleaning including cable, jetting and TV
camera inspection and location work
Gas
Lines:
> The East Ohio Gas Company and Columbia Gas Company
have licensed Coleman Spohn in gas line
welding and plastic fusion services.

all gas units
